Trial Experience

During the course of my practice I have tried dozens of jury trials to verdict and tried in excess of 1600 non-jury trials. As the Courts mandate that all dissolution of marriage cases be mediated prior to trial, I have extensive mediation experience and I am skilled in negotiation. I have a unique perspective on that process as I am also a Supreme Court certified Family Law Mediator.

I am an avid runner and compete in ultramarathons, marathons, half-marathons and 5K races. My best marathon time to date is 3:51 in Tallahassee in 2008. I am a frequent volunteer at the Lakeland SPCA and I assist in on-site adoptions.
